Part whatever in flie sharing escapades...

Well, i don't know if I mentioned this in another post or not, but, if I did, oh well, it's a rerun, deal with it.

So I'm looking for Squirrel Nut Zippers songs on WinMX, no problem. So, as usual, I see a list of the same usual kind of crap, namely songs that are gotten easily by buying the damn album, which I don't need. So then I see "Female of the Species". I have no idea if they did a cover of this or not, so, I download it. You know what? The damn song was the FEMBOT REMIX from the Austin Powers : International Man of Mystery soundtrack. WHAT THE HELL KIND OF MISLABEL IS THAT?! I mean, really, how the hell can you mistake SPACE for SQUIRREL NUT ZIPPERS? That's like mistaking Cannibal Corpse for Pat Benetar. Geezz, I mean, yes, there ARE honest mistakes, like that Rabbit Joint "Legend of Zelda" cover that's attributed to System of a Down, since Serj sings lead for both bands, but come on, getting Space confused for Squirrel Nut Zippers??? Either the person that originally labeled it was stoned, deaf, blind, or getting revenge on the morons, but I'm more apt to belive they were jsut that...

ANOTHER DAMN FILE SHARING MORON.

On another note, Protoman.com is going away at the end of the month, and I've downloading every damn song I can get from it. It's been kidna slow going, since at first I was getting like .3k per second, which REALLY sucked, but then I figured out what was wrong, and am now getting like an average of 3 - 5k per second, which is nice. If anyone goes there, I'd definitly recommend grabbing the Wind Man track from the Rockman Promo Disk. Whoever though that video game music could sound so much better on a piano? Theres some other good stuff there too, even the old NES bloops and bleeps have some memorable stuff to it. Of course, not everythign is all that good, but, I guess not everything is gonna be.
